This short presentation provides a few thoughts on how the field of biomechanics has evolved over my career, the role of the Canadian Society for Biomechanics (CSB) in my career development and thoughts on how the field will continue to contribute to addressing important clinical questions that can impact the health and well-being of Canadians and globally.
