Abstract Summary
The change of the trabeculae is continuously changed by external stimulus and environment which is mechanoelectrical biosignal, since the bone fluid shear stress and flow induced by the trabeculae deformation stimulate the osteocytes for the bone modeling. The bone fluid flow is generated by mechanical deformations of the bone and the bone modeling process is stimulated by the bone fluid flow in the canaliculae. Thus, the generated electrical potential by the fluid flow in the bone tissue can induce bone modeling by stimulating the bone. In this study, the endogenous electric signals was studied which were expected to effect on the modeling and remodeling process of trabecular bone
