Abstract Summary
People with dementia have impairments in gait that are associated with an increased risk of falls. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between gait features extracted from repeated, frequent gait assessments and future falls in older people with dementia. We found that gait instability, and increased neuropsychiatric symptoms, and fall history were independently associated with falls in people with dementia
