Effect of biomechanical changes in continuous uphill load carriage operations of indian infantry soldiers

Abstract Summary
Indian infantry soldiers exposed to uphill terrain to fortify their duties with carrying different military loads which influence them to adapt the environmental stress and improve their combat readiness. The gait kinematic changes of the combined effect of load and grade may influence to recruit their lower extremity muscles and strengthen their aerobic activity which can be incorporated as a training schedule.
