Core muscle activation and lumbo-pelvic alignment during common lumbar stabilization exercises

This abstract has open access
Abstract Summary
The study examined the electromyographic activation of major muscle groups during lumbar stabilization exercises using ‘LevelBelt’ alignment. Significant difference are seen during static and dynamic exercises with accurate lumbo-pelvis alignment highlighting the importance of proper objective measurements in biomechanical assessment.
