Resisted sprint training is a traditional way to train the elite athletes. According to the leading joint hypothesis, adding mass on the shanks is seen as a more targeted way to strengthen the special muscles. The aim of this study is to examine the influence of this training method on the kinematics and kinetics of maximal speed sprinting
