Abstract Summary
Spinal fusion surgery combined with interbody fusion cage is an important treatment for lumbar disc herniation, lumbar degenerative joint disease combined with radiculopathy, spondylolisthesis combined radiculopathy, and spinal instability. This study focused on investigating whether pedicle screw treatment has the effect of implanting a interbody fusion cage. The results show that spinal fusion surgery can cause high stress in the lumbar vertebrae adjacent to the vertebral body.
