Importance of working technique on cumulative loadings among other factors

Abstract Summary
The importance of working technique to prevent low back injuries remains unknown. Simulating a manual material handling task, we found that individual factors and working technique explain 64% and 48% of the variance in cumulative moments at L5/S1 joint.
