Abstract Summary
The objective of the present study was to verify the effects of different levels of fatigue on intralimb coordination during the countermovement jump (CMJ). Seventeen male participants performed two fatigue protocols (7 x 10 CMJs and 14 x 10 CMJs). A CMJ was performed before and 1 min after the fatigue protocols. Three-dimensional (3D) kinematics was obtained during CMJ. The continuous relative phase (CRP) analysis was used to assess the intralimb coordination between de trunk and thigh segments. No effect was observed for time or protocol. The fatigue, irrespective of its level, did not induce changes in the coordination pattern between the thigh-trunk segments during the CMJ.
