ALL VO Atlanta Registrations will include Inability to Attend Insurance as part of the registration cost. Any request for refunds or cancellations will be managed by Rainprotection Insurance (Underwritten by Lloyd's of London) and provide a level of coverage never before offered.
This "inability to attend" insurance provides 100% refund if you are unable to attend the event for a reason outside of your control that is covered under the policy. This coverage starts on the date you pay for registration and ends on the first date of the show. See "Cancellation Insurance" section for details.
By paying for your registration, you are also acknowledging what is covered under the registration insurance policy.
We will provide a form to request cancellation of your conference registration and you will be provided a link to the claims system in order to request a refund.
Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
