Este artigo tem acesso aberto
Abstract Summary
The purpose of this study was to investigate alterations in lower limb work with military-relevant loads in females and males. This analysis indicates that females use a different joint adaptation strategy that relies on increased power generation at the hip, which may increase the risk of musculoskeletal injury.
