Quadriceps function is related to temporal gait characteristics in adults with obesity

Abstract Summary
Lesser quadriceps function is moderately associated with longer periods of support during gait in individuals with obesity. Further work is needed to evaluate if increasing quadriceps function in individuals with obesity will improve temporal gait characteristics associated with postural instability.
